OVERVIEW
The Health IT Summit is the largest event for AFCEA, it invites over 1,000 members to come together and hear from government leaders, industry experts and participate in networking and panels in a two day, in person event.

CLIENT
AFCEA Bethesda is a nonprofit who connects federal government leaders and the industry to solve today’s most critical IT challenges facing the U.S. government.

MY INVOLVEMENT
The Brand: I was the creative lead for this event. HITS is reoccurring, so every year the challenge is to visually connect it to years past to establish overall equity, but provide a fresh and engaging feel to attendees.

The Buildout: Between myself and a junior designer I was overseeing, we built out around 300 assets for the event overall, between pre-event marketing involving email, social and a website, onsite signage, powerpoint decks and miscellaneous items such as drink tickets and lanyards.
